1. No Refunds on Digital Services

All purchases made on NovaLoom are for a digital platform operated by DeepOps Tech Ltd are final and non-refundable. This applies to subscriptions, credits, digital downloads, and all other services provided through novaloom.io. Since our products are delivered instantly and digitally, we cannot offer refunds once access has been granted.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellation will prevent any future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period or any unused portion thereof.

3. Billing Errors

If you believe you were incorrectly billed, please notify us within 7 days of the charge by contacting support@novaloom.io. We will promptly investigate the issue and work to resolve it in a timely manner.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may lead to suspension or termination of your account. We encourage you to contact our support team first to resolve any payment-related concerns amicably.

5. Exceptional Refunds

In rare cases of verified technical failure or clear billing mistakes, refunds may be granted at our sole discretion. Requests should be submitted in writing to support@novaloom.io with supporting details.
